Are these cookies peanut free?

While my cookie recipe does not contain any peanuts or tree nuts, all of my items are made in a kitchen that handles nuts.

Do you deliver?

Currently, I am accepting pick-up only (Halton Hills) orders.

do you ship your cookies?

I am currently looking into the logistics of shipping my cookies…so, stay tuned! If you’d like to be alerted when I’m able to start shipping, please contact me with that request.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment can currently be made via Interac e-transfer or cash. Corporate cheques (but not personal cheques) are also accepted.

Can i order by phone?

Due to the fact that I am a “one-woman-show” , it is much easier for me to first accept requests via email. Once we have an initial point of contact and further questions arise, we can certainly schedule a phone call. It’s just easier for me initially to correspond via email and text since I’m usually in the kitchen baking and decorating!

what is the shelf-life of your products?

All of my cookies are heat sealed for maximum freshness. I recommend consuming them within 2 weeks for optimal freshness but they have a 3-4 week shelf life- (though I’ve never heard of them sticking around that long! 😉). They can be stored in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place or frozen and thawed when ready to eat. Do not refrigerate!

How soon in advance should I place my order?

I always appreciate as much lead time as you can give me for any project. The required amount of time varies depending on the size and design.

A good rule of thumb is minimum 2 weeks but also depends on my schedule.

I love a creative challenge…so, this question always excites me! If you don’t see the design in my gallery, please don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss your idea. I am constantly working on my craft and honing my skills and looking for the next cool thing in cookie art…so, the answer is…yes! Let’s do it.

Can you fulfill large orders like weddings and corporate events?

Absolutely…provided sufficient lead time is arranged.
